SHIPPING POLICY

Order online for our local flower delivery in Manchester or call us on 07950902333 between 9:30am & 5pm Monday to Saturday. 

Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.95. All orders will be delivered within 1-2 days unless requested otherwise. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on the specified date requested, however we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to causes beyond our control.

Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

​Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Due to the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavor to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.

All  products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants require fresh water, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.​

 

​ Any wedding booking fees or deposits for goods ordered will NOT be refunded. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can make payment by phone and all methods indicated on the payment page. Your card will be debited on receipt of the order.
If your card is declined by the provider we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment if for whatever reason we are unable to obtain an alternative form of payment, your order will be cancelled.
