We do not give refunds or offer exchanges for faux flowers.
Any wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

We deliver fresh flowers locally and faux flowers UK wide.
Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.95. All fresh flower orders will be delivered within 1-2 days unless requested otherwise. Faux florals and event decorations will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on the specified date requested, however we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to causes beyond our control.
Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.
