Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavor to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants require fresh water, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.
Any Wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.95. All orders will be delivered within 1-2 days unless requested otherwise.
Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on the specified date requested, however we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to causes beyond our control.
Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.
