RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
You are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavor to reach an agreement for either a replacement or 10% of the next purchase depending upon the nature of the complaint.
All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants require fresh water, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions then we will NOT offer an exchange of product.
Any wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded.

We deliver fresh flowers locally and faux flowers UK wide.
Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.95. All fresh flower orders will be delivered within 1-2 days unless requested otherwise. Faux florals and event decorations will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on the specified date requested, however we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to causes beyond our control.
Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.

Please note, due to the seasonable availability of flowers, some flowers may not be available at the time of purchase. In such cases, substitutions will be made in the smiliar style, quality and colour. We endeavour to ensure suitable alternatives are made and that your order is as close to the picture displayed as possible.
